Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- For hygiene reasons, wigs must be unworn, unwashed and unstyled
- Original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- No odors, makeup stains, or altered lace
Non-Returnable Items
Worn or styled wigs, custom made-to-order wigs, wigs with cut or tinted lace, clearance items and gift cards.
How to Return
- Email support@glowupwigs.com with your order number
- Receive your Return Authorization within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item in original packaging
- Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receipt
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or wrong item: we pay (prepaid label provided)
- Changed your mind: customer pays return shipping
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 3–5 business days. Banks may need an extra 3–10 days to post the refund.
Damaged Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll send a replacement or full refund — your choice, at no cost to you.
